Midi skirt

Hello there you lovelies.

Thank you for coming back to visit my blog.

I have recently been shopping to Primark and wanted to share my new pieces with you guys.

For a while now, I always wanted a midi skirt, in which I had the pleated version in mind. I was shopping with my friend when I came across the most perfect metallic silver skirt from Primark. It has an elasticated waist band and has the most gorgeous pleats - which is what I fell in love with.

I was really unsure how to style this if I am totally honest. However, I had wanted a Jurassic Park t-shirt for years now as I love the films so I picked up a camo one from Primark again, and as I was trying my stuff on once I got home I thought I quite like these two items together, so here I am styling two pieces together that probably do not go or match, but if I have learnt anything from blogging it is to wear what you want with confidence, and if you like it - wear it! I would absolutely love to style this skirt with a band t-shirt as well (let me know if you know where there is any, thank you in advance!) X

I loved the vibes this outfit created, something which is really girly and feminine (being the skirt) has been toned down by more of a masculine style of t-shirts. I paired this obviously with my converse and my faux black leather jacket for that more edgy look (if you know what I mean), I also styled my hair in a messy pony and had my faux nose ring in.

Let me know what you would style this type of skirt with, I would love your comments.

I totally forgot the prices but my skirt and top were both from Primark.

Badge lovin'

Well, hello there you lovely people. I hope you have all had a great week and weekend.

I have been looking for some clothing which is a little bit more fun and quirky and 'out there' if you like, something I can wear and feel instantly cool and confident in. If you follow me on instagram, you will have already have seen this (as I can't seem to take it off), this being a badged t-shirt.

Lets just take a moment to appreciate all of the detail in this Tee from Asos! If you know me personally, you know this top was made for me! It's so fun and I think this looks great with shorts/high waisted trousers tucked in for that edgy look.

I decided to style this with my new mom jeans from New Look. I have wanted a pair of these jeans for a while now, I was just looking for the right ones. A year ago you would have NEVER seen me in baggy jeans, however, now, I LOVE them. I love the casual look they give and they look great with my converse.

I am in love with the detail, I really am drawn to anything that has badges, I find them so fun and so perfect for the Summertime.

I finished the outfit off with this mermaid shell clutch from New Look. I absolutely love this and it was such a bargain at £12.99. Also, it matches my t-shirt perfectly being a lilac shade (which was an accident). It has a metallic sheer to it and who doesn't like to pretend their a mermaid now and again?

Badged T-shirt, Asos, £16.00
Badged Mom jeans - dark wash, New Look, £29.00
Shell clutch, New Look, £12.99
Slim western belt, New Look, £2.00 (sale)
Black faux leather jacket, H&M, old (sorry)
Converse black high tops, Schuh, £48.00

Hope you liked my look today and I would love to hear what you think,
Thank you for reading guys.

Love,
 Tash xx

My first Mac lipstick

Mac Lipstick

'Velvet Teddy'

Hey lovelies!! So I'm back!!! If you follow me on Instagram/Twitter you will already know I  have recently had an operation! I'm feeling myself again now and have missed blogging so much and most definitely going to make up for the lack of blog posts...... by posting more.

During my whole life, (well probably not my whole life), I have wanted a Mac lipstick, it is like every girls dream. (Well mine, and my dream came true as I treated myself to one and I'm so happy to have this lippy in my make up bag).

I chose to get a nude shade as this is perfect for everyday and goes with the majority of the things I wear.

The packaging is gorgeous as well as the application. With this being a matte lipstick I wasn't expecting it to be so nourishing/moisturising, but it was! It also had a great coverage without having to apply too much and lasted a long time on the lips, I'll definitely be purchasing more, fo' sureeee.

Thank you guys for reading, see you shortly and enjoy your weekend!

You can purchase this lipstick here. for £15.50.
