Sporty Spice

Well hello there lovely readers and welcome back to my blog. Hope you are all having a lovely weekend, regardless of the weather if you live in the UK. I had to run out before the rain at like 8am this morning for the few pictures for this shoot, it was cold and rather dull so excuse the pictures, but the top of my dreamzzzzzz sure brightens it up.

Last week, I was browsing Missguided as I have not ordered off there in a while and came across this beauty. I loved the whole casual 90's feel it gives. It is mesh material in a nude/pale pink shade with the baseball style neckline and sleeves (with the black stripes) I bought a cropped white racer top to wear underneath as it is rather see through.

I teamed this lovely number up with some grey ripped jeans (from Primark) and my New Balance trainers to give it a more sporty look. I also cannot believe I found the perfect top to match my fave ever jacket, like seriously how much does this go? Not forgetting my forever love my bandana! With a messy bun to finish it off. Love a sporty look every now and again, it is much easier to just throw these clothes on and hair up.

Let me know what you think of the top as I have not seen many of these about?

Thanks.

OOTD

Hello guys.. I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. I have been so busy with uni work as I'm working on my last assignment for the Summer. I cannot wait to finish. So, I got paid last week and had to go shopping (the same day) haha.

I have wanted a bardot top for agesss now as I've seen them look so good on other bloggers etc. I snatched this one up at the price of £11.99 from Select. This doesn't seem to be on the website (or I can't seem to find it) however, I think it is a new in. Other bardot tops can be purchased here

If you haven't already got me on Insta (natashachantelle1), I had my hair dyed and I luvvvvv it, Thanks again Kelly! :-)

I love the casual but effective look the bardot tops have. Also, I love how they can be worn on and off the shoulders! So you get two looks with the same top - how good is that!

I styled this top with a new pair of jeans I got from George at Asda. These were £16 and they have the most gorgeous detail on the ankle, they are also ankle grazers too and I always love jeans that are shorter, saves me from rolling them up! I also styled them with my black biker jacket which is an old one from H&M and feel this goes well with my boots...

I know, the shoes draw to your attention too right? (well I hope).  I never really wear heels or dressy shoes, I'm more of a converse, trainer girl. However, I seen these and had to get them. They are so comfy and have a little peep toe and open back design, perfect for the summer.

And of course, I styled them with my new ankle grazers and a little anklet I got as a gift one time. I love adding that colour to the ankle. What do you guys think of the boots? I'd love to know.

Finishing off with a little handmade accessory of mine which I purchased off Depop a few months ago. An elephant and glass jar choker from Cat's Trinkets .. search for her (on Facebook/Depop) for lovely handmade jewellery, chokers, necklaces and earrings. Fab communication and fast delivery! Thanks again lovely! :-)

Well thanks for reading guys. I'd love to hear how you style your bardot tops and also what you think of mine?

See you soon

Culottes

Hello guys!
Hope you have all had a lovely week and weekend. I have wanted some culottes for agesss now and have never had the confidence to try them out. However, I am feeling more confident now my followers are increasing on Instagram (natashachantelle1)! Can I just say a huge thank you to everyone who takes the time to read my posts, and especially for the people who visit more than once! You guys are the reason I'm carrying on..... I mean I LOVE blogging, it's great fun and a great way of keeping up with the latest fashion.

Anywho.....
Where was we.. Culottes! They are gorgeous, I love how comfortable they are and convenient for the warmer weather. (If we ever get any).
These ones are from New Look from the Cameo Rose brand (which I totally love). They were in the sale for only £7 and I just had to grab them at this incredible price.

I've had an idea of how I wanted to style my culottes for a while now and have been so excited to find the right ones to style them. I love the thought of dressing them up and down, the culottes with heeled boots & a high neck top would look lovely if going on a night out. However, I wanted to dress them down and more casual, with a pair of converse, a cropped top and a black faux leather biker jacket! Let me know what you think of this idea, I would loveeee to hear how you style yours?! Comment below.
